MDB database provides a platform where scientific community easily gets to know about the dynamics of protein and ligand. And can utilize this information for further extensive computational analysis. Through downloadable data archive, MDB provides access to already done simulated data throughout the world for human and bacteria. The enormous wealth of MD data stored in the MDB has underpinned significant advances in our understanding not only for individual protein dynamics but also about impact of a ligand on protein dynamics.
MDB carries over 500 graphs till date, as this is an ongoing project, count will be increased day by day. Currently MDB contains both human and bacterial proteins data, in future while utilizing machine or deep learning separate categories will be included according to type of organism, that would save time of Geneticists, Biochemists, Biotechnologists and Bioinformatician.
